• · 1 large plot of tropical gardens on Fairy Hill, Port Antonio
• · Several beautifully appointed, self contained cottages (only use Mikuzi)
• · A dash of Steve (probably the best caretaker in the world)
• · 2 minutes of strolling to idyllic Winnifred Beach (one of Jamaica's finest)
• · Several dips in the sparkling clear blue Caribbean sea
• · A handful of dozes in the hammock
• · 1 portion of Jerk from the original home of Jerk, nearby Boston Beach
• · 2 minutes of driving to Errol Flynn's old stomping ground, the world famous Blue Lagoon.
• · 1 bunch of charming, friendly locals
• · 3 games of dominoes
• · 2 cold beers (Red Stripe, of course)
• · 1 large measure of irie vibes
• · 2 freshly caught fish, spiced and grilled to perfection by Painter and Cynthia at their beachside restaurant
• · 1 awesome sunset

Mix ingredients well and season with a generous pinch of Jamaican magic.
